Venture Trailers, Inc. is seeking a Account Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for providing our current and new dealers as well as retail consumers with components they may need for their trailers. This position also serves a key role in working with all departments within the company to ensure that each customer request is handled to satisfaction and completion. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional service to our customers via phone, email and order processing

  • Quickly and efficiently answer and handle a high volume of customer calls each day
  • Accurately collecting, entering all necessary customer information into the system
  • Correctly address customer needs by quickly identifying the need, best path to resolution and taking action
  • Assist customers in identifying trailer parts they need to purchase
  • Assist customers with online retail purchases
  • Contributing to the department and companies success by meeting and exceeding all performance objectives
  • Becoming an expert in trailer parts and accessories
  • Analyzing a customer’s buying habits and identifying their needs
  • Responding to phone, email and faxed inquires regarding customer purchase order concerns
  • Assisting in the process of order entry, parts packaging and UPS shipment processing

In this role, you will work 40 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Overtime is offered and often required during busy season.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years customer service experience
  • Experience and interest in working with customers on the phone
  • A positive, friendly and helpful demeanor
  • Problem solving with the ability to prioritize
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking is essential
  • Mature attitude when dealing with customers
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and be comfortable on your feet
  • Hands-on training with production facility
